The following are the forms of presentation within the scientific program of the 6th Congress. These will be assigned by the organizing Committee.
1. 60 min Plenary Lectures
2. 45 min Plenary Lectures.
3. Simultaneous Conferences.
4. Oral Lectures.
5. Workshops.
6. Posters.
The 60 minute Plenary Lectures will be granted to distinguished personalities of merit within the diverse areas of science. These speakers will have novel approaches that have a great impact on a world and regional scale. These conferences will address the central themes of the Congress. These conferences have the particularity of being interdisciplinary and/or of great scientific and humanitarian significance.
The 45 minute Plenary Lectures will be granted to personalities of great importance in an area of knowledge. These personalities will have significant contributions to the techniques, methodologies, sociology and approaches within a specific discipline or set of related disciplines.
The Simultaneous Conferences will last 30 minutes. These conferences can be grouped into a symposium/ forum, where core themes of the Congress will be discussed. The speakers will touch on many areas of the same subject matter in order to deal with the phenomenon or reality from different perspectives.
The Oral Lectures will last approximately 15 minutes with 5 minutes of questions. These lectures can be grouped into group work activities in accordance to the areas of knowledge and the themes of the 6th Congress.
The Workshops will cover issues related to the environment, intellectual property, education in science, Humanism and other themes of the Congress. These Workshops will have a maximum length of six hours and be directed to shaping the theoretical-practical aspects of the participants.
The posters will be presented in specific rooms and categorized by topics. This method facilitates both the graphic presentation of scientific work and the interchange between the public and the investigator. It is important that the authors remain in front of their posters within the allotted time. The aim of the poster presentations is to discuss your work and answer any questions about your investigation. |
